Thomas Moore

Associate

Thomas qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and has worked as an Associate in the Disputes group ever since.

Both during his training contract and since qualifying, Thomas has gained experience advising on defamation, reputation protection and privacy issues, as well as commercial and intellectual property disputes. He has been actively involved in media litigation, including high value disputes in the High Court. Thomas obtained his Higher Rights of Audience in August 2021 and is therefore a qualified solicitor-advocate.

Before joining Simkins, Thomas worked as a paralegal in the commercial litigation department of a London based law firm. He has a degree in English from the University of Bristol and completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at BPP in London. He also has experience working in theatre, music and events management.
