Gurpreet is a Partner in the firm’s Disputes Group. A skilled litigator, she has extensive experience across a variety of sectors advising on a broad range of commercial disputes, including High Court injunctions, for both corporates and high-net-worth individuals.
Having worked in the City for eight years before joining the firm in 2012, Gurpreet's areas of expertise include breach of contract; misrepresentation claims; property litigation; breach of restrictive covenants; professional negligence; partnership and shareholder disputes and injunctions. She has particular experience in dealing with cases in the High Court and has been involved in a number of mediations.
