Naoise is a Music Associate in the Commercial team. She undertakes commercial advisory and intellectual property work for clients primarily within the music industry.
Naoise specialises in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and advises clients on protecting and commercialising their intellectual property rights.
Prior to joining Simkins, Naoise worked as an intellectual property associate at Stephenson Harwood LLP and spent six months working on an international client secondment with a focus on art law. She has experience advising clients across the range of intellectual property rights on litigious, corporate and advisory matters. Before law, Naoise worked in the fashion industry throughout Ireland and the UK.
