Naoise specialises in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and advises clients on the exploitation and protection of their intellectual property rights, with a particular focus on trade marks.

Prior to joining Simkins, Naoise worked as an intellectual property associate at Stephenson Harwood LLP where she specialised in trade mark litigation and advisory work. She has experience advising clients across the range of intellectual property rights for litigious, corporate and advisory matters and spent six months working on an international client secondment with a focus on art law. Before law, Naoise worked in the fashion industry.
