Helena Franklin

Helena is a Partner in the Commercial team. She undertakes transactional and commercial advisory work for a broad spectrum of media and entertainment clients, specialising in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and advising on non-contentious intellectual property law. Helena has particular expertise in the advertising sector.
Prior to converting to law Helena studied English Literature at UCL and completed a Master's degree in Shakespeare. She spent five years as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Tower Theatre Company in North London and has a keen interest in theatre.
