Charlie has gained experience across a range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholders agreements. As well as this, Charlie has experience in drafting, advising and negotiating on a wide variety of commercial matters including management agreements, master services agreements and sponsorship and endorsement agreements.

Charlie worked in the legal industry for over 6 years before joining Simkins and prior to this he worked in the sports agency industry. He has a keen passion for sports and still plays football semi-professionally.
