Dominic Raab resigns after workplace bullying report

Partner Susan Thompson was interviewed on BBC Radio Surrey re the news that the Deputy Prime Minister and Justice Secretary Dominic Raab has resigned after a workplace bullying inquiry.

Susan discussed her wider reflections on the case, and whether or not there is a need for better clarification of 'bullying'.

She explained that, if someone is bullied because of a protected characteristic such as sex or race, then it can amount to unlawful discrimination and/or harassment, protected under the Equality Act.

Susan also addressed the sensitive issue of where 'firm management' crosses the line and becomes bullying.
