Tyler is a corporate lawyer and advises on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and restructurings.
Tyler’s experience spans both public and private M&A, from acquisitions and disposals to public takeovers and IPOs. He acts for companies, founders, investors and insolvency practitioners, and has particular experience advising on transactions involving companies listed on AIM and AQSE. He also advises on corporate reorganisations, shareholder arrangements and other general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Simkins in 2026, Tyler worked for seven years at a City firm.
