Nikki is a commercial lawyer specialising in film and television.

Nikki has worked in the film and television sector since qualifying as a solicitor in 1999. She has a particular specialism in children’s and animation programming and advises clients across all stages of the lifecycle of programming from development to production, financing and distribution deals. She has a good knowledge of apps and games agreements, live event and merchandising deals and other ancillary rights exploitations, and assists clients to effectively structure deals to maximise the value of their intellectual property rights in an ever-evolving industry.

Having worked in-house for a number of years, in television production companies, and in a writers’ agency for film and television, Nikki has an excellent awareness of clients’ commercial requirements, and strives to provide integrated and strategic advice.
