Mary trained with a Tier 1 Corporate and Commercial firm in Leicester and moved to a boutique commercial law firm in London upon her qualification in November 2021.

Mary’s work is largely focused on corporate law, with expertise in M&A, joint ventures, investment rounds and reorganisations, however she is also well-versed in commercial law matters including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and advising on GDPR. Mary has worked with a broad range of clients, but has particular experience with high-growth businesses in the tech sector.
