Associate

Luke is an Associate in our Commercial team, with a particular interest in media, entertainment and film and TV work.

Luke has experience across a broad range of commercial matters including drafting and negotiating agreements for software agreements, talent agreements, commercial licensing, and master services agreements. 

In respect of film and TV, Luke has worked on film financing, production and development, including investment agreements on an independent film and tax credit financing. 

Luke studied Modern Languages at the University of Cambridge before converting to law. Prior to training as a solicitor, he worked in the Business Affairs team at award-winning independent production company SISTER, where he was credited for his work on shows for the BBC, ITV and Netflix. He also has experience of working in advertising and in tech start-ups.
