She advises clients on a broad range of corporate transactions and advisory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, shareholder arrangements, corporate restructurings and general corporate governance matters.

Louise regularly acts for entrepreneurs, investors and businesses across a range of sectors, with particular experience in media, entertainment and rights-based transactions. She has worked on a number of complex acquisitions, disposals, and investments, including transactions involving significant intellectual property portfolios.

Louise also advises on a range of commercial matters and has experience across the film and television, advertising and wider media sectors.

Before joining Simkins as a Trainee Solicitor in 2020, Louise worked as an in-house paralegal in the finance and media sectors, including at The Jamie Oliver Group.
