Katherine has extensive experience advising private individuals, charities and companies on media disputes and reputation management concerns. This has ranged from advising clients at pre-publication stage in relation to enquiries from national publishers and broadcasters to post publication work including litigation in the High Court and Court of Appeal and advising on regulatory complaints to IPSO and Ofcom.

Katherine also has experience of commercial disputes having advised clients in complex shareholder disputes in the Commercial Court.

Before joining Simkins, Katherine worked at Carter-Ruck in both the media and commercial teams.
