Simkins' Property team advises Wolfpack on deal securing prime West Hampstead bar
Simkins' Property team has advised Wolfpack, a craft beer and bar company founded by ex-rugby players Alistair Hargreaves and Chris Wyles, on their flagship bar in West Hampstead.
Described as the ‘bigger brother of the Wolfpack tap room made famous by our locals in Queens Park’ the prime West End Lane location has become a standout neighbourhood bar with a rotating tap wall showcasing the finest draft craft beers from home and abroad, an impressive wine list, and an adventurous tequila menu.
For Simkins, the deal represents another successful completion supporting entrepreneurial operators. Partner and Head of Property David O'Dwyer led on the deal, with assistance from Elizabeth Inglis.
