Simkins advises on long-term interest in award-winning City pub
Simkins’ Property team has advised an established hospitality operator on securing a long-term interest in The Arbitrager on Throgmorton Street, recently named Pub of the Week in City AM.
The Arbitrager has been described as “one of those pubs that feels so inextricably linked to the Square Mile that it couldn’t exist anywhere else”, with a “proper ‘hidden London’ feel despite being slap-bang in the middle of the City”. The transaction highlights Simkins’ expertise in the hospitality sector, particularly in relation to licensed premises in iconic locations.
