Linda Clive

Associate

Linda is an Associate in the firm’s Property group. She advises on a mix of both commercial and residential property matters.

She regularly acts for landlords and tenants on new commercial leases as well as 1954 Act renewal leases and has also built up particular experience advising on statutory collective enfranchisement and lease extension claims, again acting for both landlords and tenants.

Prior to joining the firm, Linda was the Company Secretary of a regional brewer and pub company acting as in-house legal advisor on its property portfolio of over 400 pubs and unlicensed properties.
