Paula read Law at Keele University.  She later achieved a Distinction on the Legal Practice Course at University of Westminster, focusing on Entertainment and Media and E-commerce as her specialist subjects.

Paula joined the MSLLP Dispute Resolution department in September 2007 as a paralegal from Herbert Smith where she worked on large scale commercial litigation.  Prior to this, she worked at Swan Turton where she assisted on a high profile libel trial and other media litigation disputes.

Since joining the firm, Paula has assisted on various contentious and non-contentious matters including online copyright infringement, advertising clearance, pre-publication libel readings, website privacy and data protection advice, defamation, music litigation, Court of Protection matters and a complaint before the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
