Stephen is an Associate in the Commercial team, having joined the firm in January 2023.
He primarily focuses on commercial contracting matters but also has experience in risk, compliance and data protection. Stephen is a Certified Information Privacy Professional, Europe (CIPP/E).
Stephen studied English Literature at the University of Surrey before converting to Law. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a paralegal at an international and magic circle law firm before moving to a professional services firm setting up law firms in a variety of jurisdictions. He trained and qualified at a West End law firm and most recently was in-house legal counsel at an international corporate domain name registrar.
They take a sensible pragmatic approach to a contentious situation. Their legal analysis of the issue is good and they provide a number of options to me as the client as to how to move forward.
