James Middleweek is pleased to announce the settlement of his claim against his former barrister, Michael Duggan and former solicitor, Dale Langley on the payment by them of substantial damages and costs.
Whilst the payment was by both former barrister and solicitor, Mr Middleweek considers his former barrister Mr Michael Duggan to be most responsible for the strategy which was adopted.
He is now glad to put the whole Collins Stewart saga behind him and concentrate on his family life and career in the stock broking industry.
