Michael Simkins advertising group lawyers have been asked to talk at two Direct Marketing Association conferences this Autumn. Nicola will discuss viral and search marketing issues and the concept of Internet Trespass at the DMA Direct Marketing Law & Practice conference on 13 September. Simon will focus on data protection issues and other legal developments at the DMA Email Marketing 2006 seminar.
